transformation of Manchester’s Shudehill district, or NOMA as the
neighbourhood is now known. Without pomp, tablecloths or dress codes,
its laid-back attitude belies its Michelin-star status.
Expect: Sensational seasonal tasting menus, with British produce like
Orkney scallops and Sladesdown duck. Book two to three months
in advance.
