LUDLOW MARCHES FOOD & DRINK FESTIVAL
THE NORTH LEEDS FOOD FESTIVAL
11-13 September
9-10 May
Ludlow Castle, Ludlow, Shopshire
Roundhay Park, Leeds
Best for: British food in a stately setting
Best for: Yorkshire produce and street food
Ludlow’s gastronomy scene is highly regarded and
its annual culinary celebration combines a medieval
castle setting with exceptional fresh produce and
impressive dishes.
This year marks a decade since this food party in the
park began and it promises to be better than ever.
With an emphasis on local businesses, between
gorging on great British grub, you can take in
masterclasses, workshops and the Real Ale Trail.
Enjoy live music, chef demos, performing arts,
comedy acts, street entertainers, workshops and kids’
activities at this food festival for the entire family. It’s
even dog friendly.
If you’re still hungry later, head to one the town’s
Michelin-starred restaurants.
Sample local produce, world foods and tipples from
independent drinks companies, all while raising money
for mental health charities.
